Shipping Policy

  • Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx to all United States addresses free of charge. Shipping includes tracking. 
  • International shipping is not available at this time.
  • All items will be shipped within 3 business days or less from order date.

Returns and Exchanges

Here at Arisea, your complete satisfaction is our greatest concern.  Please follow these instructions if you wish to return or exchange your product(s):

  • Customer pays for return shipping unless the order arrives damaged or defective.
  • Returned item must be unworn, unwashed and must have all original packaging, including tags.
  • Pack the item in it's original packaging and write the RMA # on a note and include it in the package.
  • In order for a return to be properly checked in to our warehouse, a Return Merchandise Authorization number is required. Returns without an RMA number included in the package may be delayed.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment center (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund or exchange will be processed. Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit. As part of our return policy, all returns will need to be received and processed by our warehouse within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged/Defective Goods

  • Please start the return process within 7 days of receipt of package if your merchandise arrived damaged or defective.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to see that the package is shipped within 14 business days of receipt to be eligible for refund or exchange.
  • A pre-paid return label will be sent via email.
  • The customer must save all original packaging including packing materials to reseal the package for return. Damage claims will not be processed if the item is not in its original packaging.
  • Write your RMA number on a note and include it in the package. Returns without an RMA number included in the package may be delayed.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment center (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund or exchange will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to process. As part of our return policy, all returns will need to be received and processed by our warehouse within 30 days of delivery.

Items NOT eligible for return or exchange:

  • Merchandise that has been delivered more than 30 days prior to contacting us.
  • Merchandise that has been worn or washed.
  • Merchandise that is missing original product tags or original product packaging.
